I've often wondered why, instead of attacking President Obama and his views on abortion and a woman's right to choose, Catholics in Canada and the US led by the bishops haven't started a prayer campaign.
Obama, who is a Christian, is known to support a woman's right to choose an abortion and is in favour of recognising civil unions for homosexuals -- both positions strongly opposed by the Vatican.
