While the closing of ADIR will result in a modest one-time termination charge of less than $200,000 in the second quarter 2007, the net effect will be a cost avoidance of approximately $800,000 per year in salaries and overhead to fund a non-core business, as we will no longer be subsidizing the subsidiary.
