Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: United States of AmericaState: Pennsylvania There is a used car advertised on the internet on a car researching website at Autobytel.com for a used car for an price but when I called about it they said that it was a typo. On Autodyne's website it said the dealer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all information presented above...all vehicle information and prices established by offering dealer and not Autobytel.com. When I called and spoke to the manager he said there was a mistake on Auto dyne's fault and will not give the car for the advertised price...I was wondering if they have to sell me the car at the advertised prince? AnswerNo--not if it is an obvious error...How to thank TFD for its existence?
