Country: United States of America State: Connecticut I WAS ARRESTED FOR HARASSEMENT, ON THE PHONE AFTER A ONE YEAR SIX MONTH. HARASSEMENT BY THE PLAINTIFF, CAN I SEEK DAMAGES? I ALSO WAS NEVER MIRANDISED DURING MT ARREST.

Answer
