Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: United States of AmericaState: Arkansas My auto was seized but no drugs was found in the vehicle. They claim to have me on video and audio selling some guy math. My question is how do they know its me if they have just a car on video? and if they got audio how can they prove its my voice? and the vehicle seized is not played for and car notes are due. What are my lien holders rights concerning this vehicle? The police told them they would pay it off in about 60 days, but its been 90 and they have not heard from the police, can they as lien holders repot. that vehicle from the police? and if not how long legally do they have to pay it off if there going to seize it? AnswerThe proof may be limited; your lawyer should be able to review it first before you go to trial or plea...Want to thank TFD for its existence?
