Even something as old-fashioned as a birthday calendar is a good start--CRM is as much about the data-management process as it is about the toolsets. Next on the birthday calendar is Flossie Buff, July 1, followed by Primmer, July 11. In addition, the Entertainment News area, a Today in History News column and a Celebrity Birthday Calendar are updated on a daily basis. |
