Country: United States of America State: Texas Is it legal to deny someone a vacancy at an apartment complex soley because they are full time students. If so why, If not can I file a law suit or what should I do.

That is odd but not illegal normally...you could also check with the nearest dept of housing office to see if any local rules will help you…
