I am in US for almost 5 months on H1 visa working for a client. Now I have got couple of good offers here and want to change. The companies offering me are ready to get my H1 transferred, but my problem is that I have been convicted of an offense "No operator's license" for which I have been kept on 2 yrs probation/30 days suspended jail. Will this cause any problem with my H1 transfer? If yes how can it be overcome?

Yes, it unfortunately may be reason to be denied if Immigration knows of it-
