Country: United States of America State: All States/Provinces I am in US for almost 5 months on H1 visa working for a client. Now I have got couple of good offers here and want to change. The companies offering me are ready to get my H1 transferred, but my problem is that I have been convicted of an offense "No operator's license" for which I have been kept on 2 yrs probation/30 days suspended jail. Will this cause any problem with my H1 transfer? If yes how can it be overcome?
