Question

Country: United States of America State: Hawaii I was charged with a crime 3 weeks ago and am out on bail. Friday adetective called my home asking to speak to my wife. She called him backand said he was investigating a burglary and asked her if she owned a orange Saturn car, laic. Plate number..... We do so she said yes. He then asked who uses the car and she said herself and me (her husband) he thaw said we needed to come to the police station and make a statement concerning a date and time he gave. My question is do I or her have to go to the police station? If so do we have to make a statement?
