Question

Country: Canada State: Ontario after my boyfriend and I split up a year ago, and he left me with a loan for over 10,000, I filed a small claims court suit and he didn’t respond to any of the papers so I won. I managed to get $133 from his garnished wages, and then he made a point of letting me know that he intentionally got laid off. Now I am not getting any money and he is threatening to claim bankruptcy if I keep trying to get more money. Can't I garnish his employment insurance? Can bankruptcy wipe his debt to me?
