A recent problem with the sewer line outside my condo building flooded my bathroom and caused major water stains to my hall carpeting. I have tried on my own to clean it without success. I would like to have a professional firm attempt to clean it before declaring it ruined. Can I bill my Condo association for my expenses in attempting to clean my carpet, and for the costs involved in having it professionally cleaned?
