Country: United States of America State: Louisiana I missed a court date for a DWI. I phoned the sheriff's office for advise and the officer stated that they just needed to reschedule the date but not ARREST ME! Are law enforcement obligated to respond honestly if asked about arrest intentions? This is a 2nd offense DWI.
