Matthew Lee, executive editor of the South Bronx-based Inner City Press and editor of the in-depth newsletter Inner City Opinion, last month won a major court decision that declared unconstitutional Delaware's residency requirements for those requesting public records.
They and their neighbors in a tidy Norwood neighborhood were to be evicted by Norwood officials in favor of a developer who had plans to replace their homes with a condominium-office-shopping complex; the court decision rejected Norwood's "right" to do so.
The facility is expected to occupy a portion of the Needham Ranch business park planned on Sierra Highway, but a court decision that favored environmental groups over the developer has pushed back a scheduled Feb.
