In rejecting his claims, the Court cited principles put forward by the Court of Cassation in the Gourlain family ruling on November 20, 2003. The Court of Cassation has followed the recommendations of the Advocate General, who, after the arguments were heard on October 22, concluded that the appeal submitted by the Gourlain family should be rejected. |
