Question

Country: United States of America
State: New Jersey

Hello, I received a Reckless Driving and Speeding Ticket on 10-31-05, but the Court Date on the Ticket is for 11-31-05 ... Does this mean anything that the court date doesn't exist does this make the ticket null or ...

Answer

If dates seem wrong you normally need to call the court to discuss and they will correct it--you cannot simply void the notice, ticket etc.
