My brother from Mexico come to USA whit visa and give my address, he is dismiss in his mental faculties whit drugs on prescription, he took, he was just fine, but he was getting on a deep depressive, he take a truck of other brother and crash 5 cars and run away, he is incarcerated for 1 count of aggravated assault whit deadly weapon (the truck) and 5 counts of hit and run, we try to see him to give the medicines but we cant see him, so far we don't know what to do.
