Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: AustraliaState: All States/Provinces I have a disqualified motor license. receiving a letter in the mail on the 11/11/05 stating my license will be suspended on the 27/11/05 I rode my motorcycle to the transport department but was hit by a car on the way. my bike has no insurance and is damaged. I broke my leg so now off work for a few months. the other car was at fault by running a light and turning into me but I'm not licensed. so I guess I'm asking will I loose my license longer and can the other driver make me pay for damages or do they have to pay? AnswerThey normally still can be made to pay you--but your license may bedelayed...Want to thank TFD for its existence?
