Question

Country: United States of America
State: Arizona

Need to know if I need a lower and/or legal advise for a hearing wherein the other party is contesting an order of protection that I filed. the other party has retained an attorney for the said hearing and I have not. Do I need one?

Answer

Many people do it alone--the judges try to be understanding in those situations; but try to have all evidence that you can when you appear or it may be dismissed.
