DOTATION, French law. The act by which the founder of a hospital, or other charity, endows it with property to fulfill its destination.

Le Programme national de sante genesique a cible le developpement des competences, les services mobiles et la dotation en ressources.
Planification efficace des ressources humaines et dotation appropriee : Selon les participants, le recrutement et la conservation des employes etaient une caracteristique organisationnelle importante pour assurer l'efficacite des soins infirmiers de sante communautaire.
