Country: United States of America State: All States/Provinces I am filling out employment papers for a job I was recently hired for and it asks if I have ever been charged for any federal, state, county, or municipal laws. I was arrested once for violating a own ordinance of Open container in a public place. Is this something that I need to reveal for this question?
