The articles themselves likewise extend in their styles from excurses on the state of theory and research today to the explication of a particular research problem. It is filled with intriguing information, perceptive observations, and illuminating illustrations, it is also written in a tone recalling witty dialogue more than academic prose (certainly not a fault) and with extensive excurses and an overall organization not always apparent to the reader. |
