Country: United States of America State: California If a person is incarcerated and was supposed to be released on Dec16, 2005 and it is now Dec 19, 2005 and his parole officer claims to have released his hold, and his supervisor has been notified and the department of corrections how long is too long and is there any action he or we can take

You may call or file a complaint with the warden to see what is happening...and ask the PO if you need to have a lawyer look at this--that alone may also cause him to act…
