Fiddle and the Drum is a night of alternative folk by aspiring artists Natalie McCool, Thomas J Speight and the award-winning group Fables, whose guitarist and songwriter is from Huyton.
The Fiddle and The Drum, which premiered in February, featured Mitchell's music and artwork (projected onto canvas screens behind the dancers).
The first, "The Fiddle and the Drum," a ballet based on Mitchell's music, debuted with the Alberta Ballet in Calgary earlier this year with Mitchell serving as co-creator and artistic director.
