QuestionCountry: United States of America State: Missouri Re chapter 7 - my son filed chapter 7 and the secretary at the law office advised we could keep whatever cards he wanted - as I used some and made the payment we kept them - now the attorney has advised he knew nothing about this and not possible and the case may be through out. We are at a lose - due to a divorce in a huge financial bind. Question is if they through out can you at some time refilled for chapter 13 - we were told by this attorney can't refilled now to chapter 13 do hope you can advise.Answer |
