forensic animation

forensic animation n. recreation of events by computerized animation to display to the jury (or judge without a jury) what apparently happened in an accident or crime. Such animation is treated warily by courts and may not be allowed since it may have an unfair impact upon a jury may feel that the animation is real life even though it may be only an opinion of what happened.
