Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: United States of AmericaState: Indiana I purchased frozen vegetables and after eating half of the package, I found a very large part of a cabbage worm. I contacted the store and their supplier and received token coupons and an apology. I feel that this was not enough to compensate for the revulsion and anguish I endured...I would like to know if it is legal for me to auction this worm on EBay? I am not sure, since there was no injury that a lawsuit is feasible and I feel that the auction would alert people to check their foods closely before eating them. AnswerYou can auction it yes.How to thank TFD for its existence? Tell a friend about us, add a link to this page, add the site to iGoogle, or visit webmaster's page for free fun content. |
