Ask a Lawyer QuestionCountry: IrelandState: All States/Provinces Last May and June I did some freelance journalism work for a magazine. The editor and I agreed a price per article. However, during that period I did other work for him for the magazine - proofing, layout etc, for which we did not agree a price. When all of the work was done I invoiced him based on the same rate I charge other publications per hour. But he has not and will not pay any of the amount I am due. Legally what can I, should do? AnswerThat really depends what was actually agreed; you may sue in small claims ifyou think the fees were agreed...How to thank TFD for its existence?
