Country: United States of America State: Indiana We won a garnishment judgment in on a defendant (previously from FL) who has since taken residency work in CANADA. His employer is claiming they are not required to honor the garnishment--is this true? If so, what recourse do we have?

Not if he is Canada--you need to have the Canadian court enforce the judgment…
