Question

Country: United States of America
State: Florida

If a person was found guilty of conspiracy to traffic in the state of Florida, and sentenced to the minimum mediatory of 3 years, by jury trial verdict, and this person is appealing it due to things believed to have gone wrong during the trial, is this person subject to additional time being added to the minimum mandatory 3 years he was originally sentenced to? (This would be assuming the appeal was granted and a new trial was held and the defendant was again found guilty) Also, the 3 yrs was not a plea agreement.
