Question

Country: United States of America
State: Michigan

About 2 weeks ago my husband was pulled over for going through a yellow light and because he had an outstanding ticket for reckless driving he was taken to jail. Now they told him he has to appear at court but we don't know what will happen. Will they put him in jail or make him just pay his ticket? I am concerned cause we have a baby coming in about a day.

Answer

Most likely he will be given the opportunity to pay and perhaps have some additional court supervision--
