NEW YORK & DUBAI -- International Assets Holding Corporation (IAHC) (NASDAQ:IAAC) today announced that its asset management subsidiary, INTL Capital Limited, has been granted a license by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to operate as an authorised firm from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). INTL Consilium, LLC, a fund manager based in Fort Lauderdale, announced today that the firm's assets under management have reached the $500 million mark. Under this agreement, INTL would acquire 30,000,000 ordinary shares of Baltimore. |
