Country: United States of America State: Minnesota Hi, I loaned my ex-brother-in-law 3 firearms. Now that his sister and I are divorced, he is angry at me and refuses to return my property. Can you recommend some search phrases to use in Man statutes, law libraries, or other resources? "No returned loaned moveable property" and a few other things I've tried don't seem to get me pertinent answers.

Based on what you say here, you could probably file suit gainst him (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and amages that you suffered due to his behavior...
