| Public companies with a market capitalization of less than $75 million now have until July 2007--an extension of one year--to document and file their financial controls, according to the SEC. In its most recent reported public financials, the company had more than $100 million in annualized revenues and its market capitalization has currently grown to more than $800 million. Generally, what each company must pay corresponds to its average monthly capitalization, but those companies whose average monthly market capitalization does not exceed $25 million or mutual funds with an average monthly net asset value or market capitalization no greater than $250 million have no fees due. |
