1,2) Anti-ENA titers are used for the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), neonatal lupus, Sjogren syndrome (SS), mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD), polymyositis/dermatomyositis (PM/DM), and progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS), with variable sensitivity and specificity.
