The building, built in 1928 with infrastructure modernizations made in 2001, was 21 percent occupied at the close. Grant has managed additions and modernizations for several New York City schools and has been responsible for the design of projects valued at over $150 million for the NYC School Construction Authority, including 26 Mayoral/City Council funded projects. |
