Question

Country: United States of America
State: Maryland

We had a new neighbor that moved in. and has been here for 3 months. This neighbor has already damaged our front lawn from bringing the moving truck on our grass. has no plans on fixing it. what canwhat can we do? when they play the music its so loud sometimes u can feel the vibrations on our second floor. called the cops never does any good. what else can we do? We don't know if they are renting or buying. They have tons of boxes on their front pourch have no intention of putting them away. Who do we call, what do we get, who do we speak to? so its long.

Answer

Based on what you say here, you could probably file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to theirbehavior... you may also report this to your city zoning boards...
