Question

Country: United States of America State: Arizona Our neighbor filed injunction against harassment against me. I appealed, showed up at hearing 11 days later, my neighbor did not. The case was dismissed. Now I receive a letter from the court saying that the neighbor was not notified in a timely manner, and have to go back to court in 4 weeks. When a case is dismissed, can it be reopened like that? Especially since I have done nothing wrong, and this is just my neighbor harassing me? Can I file harassment against him?

Answer

If notice was not given it can be opened...you may still prevail anyway…
