Question

Country: United States of America
State: Arizona

Ok I was 18 and my boyfriend at the time who was 26 years older then me decided that he wanted a car. So we went and looked at buy here pay here lots and he found one he wanted. Well when they were doing the paperwork the sales man asked me if I wanted to be on the car and of course I said yes cause i was young and stupid. But any how he never paid on the car and they can go after him for some reason so now they are trying to garnish my husband's wages. We already paid them 600.00 dollars and cant afford to do much more right now. What are my options?

Answer

You may have to sue your boyfriend in small claims or other court and collect from him...
