I own a 2004 Neon SRT-4 which is a performance version of the Neon it comefrom the factory with no muffler and is loud but with in the 95 decibels I got a traffic ticket for no muffler and loud exhaust. I have a image for the dodge showing that it has no muffler will that hold up in court???
