Question

Country: United States of America
State: Virginia

i made a down payment on an enclosure for a carport, the wrong size door was sent the day of installation and after a lot of confusion the installers left without completing the work, the original man we made the down payment to has cashed our check and we cannot get any response from him or the company. The down payment is non-refundable but we did not do anything to cause the non completion of work, how do we go about getting our $420.00 down payment back.

Answer
