(or did not occur within 24 hrs of work) Yet, the DOH alleges I committed a crime (f.s.464.018 (1)(c) \" being convicted or found guilty of, or entering a plea of nolo contender to, regardless of adjutant crime in any jurisdiction which DIRECTLY RELATES TO NURSING OR THE ABILITY TO PRACTICE NURSING."HOWEVER, the DOH leaves out the words 'OR ENTERING A PLEA OF NOLO CONTENDER TO'?
