Question

Country: United States of America State: California To Whom It May Concern: A few weeks ago I purchased a notebook computer from DELL. They shipped my order on the 10/20 and it according to the tracking number it arrived at my local post office on the 10/28. The post office claims they never received the shipment and referred back to Dell. Initially, DELL promised me a replacement laptop, which they never sent, so I requested my money, $624, be refunded. They informed they would refund my money in five business days; it has been more than five business days and no refund. I have lost $624 for an order I never received. I have also kept all email correspondence and online chats between me and DELL. How do I get my money back?

Answer

Based on what you say here, you could probably file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney. You could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior.
