QuestionCountry: United States of America State: California To Whom It May Concern: A few weeks ago I purchased a notebook computer from DELL. They shipped my order on the 10/20 and it according to the tracking number it arrived at my local post office on the 10/28. The post office claims they never received the shipment and referred back to Dell. Initially, DELL promised me a replacement laptop, which they never sent, so I requested my money, $624, be refunded. They informed they would refund my money in five business days; it has been more than five business days and no refund. I have lost $624 for an order I never received. I have also kept all email correspondence and online chats between me and DELL. How do I get my money back?Answer |
