One of the largest sources of savings for payors is in the growth of auto-adjudication, the center said. The delivery rule under the original proposed regulations required information reporting for payments delivered to a nonpayee attorney, if, under the circumstances, the payor reasonably believed that the attorney would receive the check for legal services. Every payor has a different format in which they require information to be submitted, making it difficult to maximize the number of claims that providers are able to send electronically. |
