Question

Country: United States of America State: South Carolina I have purchased an electronic item that was not provided with a battery or was on available for purchase in the store. I purchased batteries and installed the batteries per instructions, but the item does not operate at all. I do not have the receipt of the purchase. If the store refuses to give a refund, do I a legal right to peacefully protest using signs with truthful specific details of the situation in the parking lot of the business?

Answer

Not in the parking lot but on the public city-owned sidewalk you may do so
