Question

Country: United States of America State: California if a person is off of formal probation. Dose that mean that he is also free from a prior restraining order (7yrs ) a D.A.has put on him for another offence ??? I dont think the 7 yrs is up yet.

No--the restraining order has to be handled separately normally--
