Upon finding out that my probation officer issued a warrant a while back for me. I called and he told me that If I come to his office on moon. with a payment he will stop the warrant...my question is....If he stops the warrant will that go into effect that instant or is there a chance I could still get picked up at my home or work...and is there anything he should give me to prove the warrant was stopped?

Answer

He can stop it within hours if he wants to.
