Question

Country: United States of America State: All States/Provinces I have purchased a digital printing machine of year 2000 (for overseas use) for approximately in the amount of US$156,250.00 includes shipping and handling from Wildcat Imaging. This is an American company situated in New Hampshire and John Trainer is the owner. I paid in full in October 2004 but not only shipping was deliberately delayed by Trainer, but he shipped a machine that is a 1997 make, which is almost $40,000 cheaper. He has admitted wrongdoing but does not want to compensate.

Answer

Based on what you say here, you could probably file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney but amounts are limited...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior...
