Country: South Africa State: All States/Provinces Someone ordered two cell phones from me. her bank send mail that they need tracking nr before they pay me. I send phones and give tracking nr. she now don't want to pay unless I buy her a laptop also. laptop was not part of the deal, and I'm not sure it was really her bank mailing me. I have all messages saved. she first said she's from USA, then from UK.

The bank would not normally email you. Report the incident to the police where she is and where you are.
