I just have a question on international contracts. How could an contract be done if it's international and the only way of contact, is through Internet and phone? Will an e-mail contract be binding or is there another way of doing such international contracts?

Answer

Emails and faxes etc. are binding if all parties are in agreement. You can also send originals to follow the fax etc.
