Management has notified us that for the month of December, parking is now first come, first served, and in January, only ONE space will be provided for each unit at a higher rate. Since the 2 assigned spaces are in our lease agreement, can management legally make these changes before the lease is up? Is there a civil code that outlines a tenants' rights in this situation?
