QuestionCountry: United States of America State: Louisiana We have 2 assigned parking spaces at our apartment that we pay a monthly fee for. They are documented in our lease. Management has notified us that for the month of December, parking is now first come, first served, and in January, only ONE space will be provided for each unit at a higher rate. Since the 2 assigned spaces are in our lease agreement, can management legally make these changes before the lease is up? Is there a civil code that outlines a tenants' rights in this situation?Answer |
